Honestly, I’m really excited to see what the modding community does once GTA VI is out in the wild. GTA V’s modding scene was insane, and with the power of new hardware and all the tech Rockstar is putting into VI, the possibilities are huge. Here’s what I’m most looking forward to:
1. Graphics Mods That Go Even Harder
The base game will already look amazing, but modders always find a way to push it further — ultra-realistic lighting, weather, and textures. Imagine how wild a NaturalVision-type mod will look in Vice City with ray tracing and all that.
2. Real-World Cars & Vehicle Tweaks
People are going to flood the game with real cars — Lambos, Teslas, JDM builds, all of it. I’m especially hyped for mods that improve the handling and make crashes feel more realistic. Maybe even a mod that lets you fully customize interiors or adds proper car damage.
3. Smarter NPCs & City Life
One of the coolest things would be mods that make the world feel more alive. Like pedestrians having routines, cops reacting more intelligently, random events happening on the streets. Stuff that makes it feel like a real, functioning city.
4. Map Expansions
You know someone’s going to bring back Liberty City, San Andreas, or even make a new island. It’ll be amazing if you can fly between them like a GTA multiverse. I’d love to see modders add totally new areas with their own missions.
5. Total Conversion Mods
The big game-changing stuff — zombie apocalypses, futuristic cyberpunk cities, medieval GTA (why not?), full-on survival games. People always take Rockstar’s engine and do insane things with it.
6. Next-Level Roleplay Mods
If RP servers move to GTA VI, it’s going to be ridiculous. Bigger maps, better graphics, smarter AI — I can already picture people running full businesses, underground empires, or just living out random character stories. With AI voice tools, it could get very immersive.
7. Custom Missions & Stories
I’d love to see mods that let people create their own missions, storylines, or even campaigns. Like a full-on detective story in Vice City or a heist series with custom voice acting and cutscenes.
—Basically, GTA VI is going to be a playground for creativity
